I liked it

It was a bit crude in places, but overall it was pretty nice. Maybe throw in some more story through action, since that's what animation is all about. Maybe not choosing such polarizing music for a public flash next time.

you could've made the series funny for a change XD

The animation also just didn't catch my eye enough, the models you used were fairly well done, just some more dynamic movement would better hold my interest

The animation style fits in with the original Wacky Races cartoon. We could have made it a lot more modern, but then it wouldn't have felt like a Wacky Races cartoon. We sort of locked ourselves into that.
